How to register a modified 911 in Switzerland?

I hear that getting a modified car registered in Switzerland is pretty difficult. I'll be importing mine in a few weeks when i move to Zurich from Poland.

    Thanks
    Paul

Paul i dont know how it is in Poland, but here in Spain when you do a move, its a residency change, so you are allowed to bring in a car with out any problems.
Look into this with a freight forwarder.

Procedures are pretty different according to the "Canton" where you will establish your permanent residence but, having lived in Switzerland for some years, I can confirm that generally they're not easy with mods / custom / outlaw ... I suggest you contact the local TCS (Touring Club Suisse) www.tcs.ch representative or a local Porsche Club, unless locals can provide you with better advise
