    Door, Fender and Lid Gaps

I seem to have misplaced my copy of the body measurements. Getting ready to set the rockers and quarters this weekend. I need to make sure that the gaps are supposed to be at 6mm. Right! Thanx in advance.

Just curious whether the gaps get adjusted for paint build-up. For example, gap to 5mm and then spray both edges to an expected net thickness of 1mm (.5mm per side).

If I may add, and I don't know why, but the right side door gaps always seem to be slightly larger than the left. I spoke years ago to a factory production manager mentioning this and he confirmed that often this was the case until the 1974 cars, when the factory assembly jigs were changed.

From car to car, I often will look and more times than not, the right side gaps are almost always slightly wider than the left .....

0,5mm on the door edges are way to much material (and not even easy to achive)
