New REPRO 100L fuel tank / sending unit

    New REPRO 100L fuel tank

Made from scans of original tanks , so all small details are in place , and the bubble have the correct shape and placement :-)

BUT due to safety, its not made as org in the back area!!! where the original top is only covers 3/4 and is spot welded to the lower back

I have selected, to press the hole top in one piece , that way we could roll welded it all around , and its not a area you see once its in place

it gives some minor wrinkles ( seen on org tanks also ) due to its a big piece of metal, that is stretched over a small area ,
BUT for me safety comes first

EACH is pressure tested, and have splash plates inside as org.

the tank is priced at 2195 EURO

New REPRO 100L Sending unit 195 EURO .....BUT only if you buy a tank

Seperat the sending unit´s are 395 EURO

options as Tire strap, skid plate , different center fill kits and more info / pics to follow asap

    Hi Chris

Just to make it clear ,that the tank is NOT made by Bert, but by Mike Berg also a registry user from Sweden/Hungary

I can point out a few things ,like placement and size of the bubble ,easy to spot if you compare the 2 tanks ,

details around the sending unit , bulp around the air breather, and safety due to its pressed in one half

These Tanks are now on stock at Restoration Design

Note that these babies, are made to exact measurements to originals

and the halfs are pressed in one piece, for safety, not welded together, as some kind of patchwork

I believe its the only 100L tank on the market ,thats made like that !

( pic shows, the inside of the top cover )

    Regards
