    Aged / Patina'd REPRODUCTION orange-bar hood crest

I did a few experiments on a reproduction orange bar hood crest. It's been flattened and aged. Anybody need it? My cost $50. Your cost $50 plus shipping. Please email me at stigsdad@gmail.com
    thanks!

May I ask, what did you do to flatten it?

I flattened it using a patented Løtech tool: a piece of wood and my palm/fingers.

It is a joke. I mashed it (carefully...) with my hands and a piece of wood to match the non-curvature of a real one.

What did you do to age it? (if you don't mind me asking!). I have a repro one on one of my cars that doesn't look quite aged enough for my liking…

Scuffed with a variety of abrasive (fine) pads and a mixture of acids that I wouldn't want near pets/kids. scuff, bath, repeat.
