    early fan, strange number

    can anybody tell me what this number means? What period is this?

    Early 911 65-67 possibly 68 if it had an aluminum engine case.

    All the numbers shown above are Sand Cast. If fan diameter is 250 mm it is Alu. If fan diameter is 245 mm it is Mag. Of corse 226 mm fan housings with numbers like those are Race parts. Gled
