Early Recaro seat ID help needed

I just had this shipped from Germany and need help identifying what I believe is a early Recaro seat.
There are rows of small screws and the shell sides and back are covered in vinyl.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi, I'd say it's a lookalike but not a Recaro.
Hope you didn't pay Recaro money for it.
    Cheers

I got a good deal on it, but I'd like to know exactly what it is. Even if it's not a Recaro, it looks pretty old, has great patina and my XL 6'2" 235 lb. frame fits well in it.

    Hi Glenn,
just a little explanation what I can see.
The seat base clearly looks like 4 legged Recaro. The Recaro sliders had different mounting holes - so never been on a Recaro Slider.
That type of seat had initially no headrest reception when they were introduced they were screwed in.
Gelcoat finish doesn't look like recaro - shape of the backrest too.
Cover Material also not recaro. The screw stuff isn't recaro too.
What would be interesting is the headrest stuff. Can you take off the seat padding and take a photo of the headrest reception.

    Cheers

The padding is well attached and I don't want to risk damage to it by trying to look under it. On a side note, it weighs approx. 12 lbs.

    Head rest

This is the mismatched head rest that came with the seat.
