    Faulty High Beam Switch

LWB.....Turn signals switch manually on and automatically off fine, however, high beams stay on constantly unless stalk is held in off position. Is this repairable or must the entire stalk, switch, and harness be replaced (looks like the cost is $250 for just the part :-( )
