MY RSR has 3" (76mm) OD by 5" (127mm) length on the outlet tubes and 30" (76mm) center to center outlet tube spacing.

I built my copy from a already butchered stock muffler. The pipe location for me was based on lining up the pipes with the shortened bumper guards of the 911R rear bumper. Also there is a baffle (at least on a stock muffler) that is a few inches from the end of the muffler. That puts the pipes just outboard of those baffles, which I cut holes in, in addition to the baffles further inboard that are cut for a conventional sport muffler. I don't claim this to be any kind of genuine copy of a 'R' muffler, just telling you what I did. I chose a 2 1/2" pipe diameter, the length is just short of reaching the ends of the bumper guards.
