2015 912 East Coast Rendezvous - Seven Springs, Pennsylvania Sept 24-27

I know a lot of you own both 911s and 912s and I thought I would share some exciting info for anyone who would be interested. Also please note, you do not have to own a 912 to attend! The event welcomes anyone who has an appreciation for early Porsche's, especially the 912. We encourage our 911, 356 and 914 brethren in the area to join us for a fun weekend:

The 912 Registry is proud to announce that next year will be the first annual East Coast 912 Rendezvous. The west coast event has been hosted by the 912 Registry for the last 14 years with great success, and this will be the first year the event will be held on two coasts.

The event will be held from September 24 through September 27, 2015 at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort in the Laurel Highlands Region of Pennsylvania. Located just 60 miles southeast of Pittsburgh in the heart of the Allegheny Mountains, the resort is a perfect location to kick off the east coast marquis event, boasting 4 on site restaurants, golf course, spa, and countless outdoor activities for the whole family to enjoy.

We were able to secure a great off season rate for our room block at Seven Springs. The resort has guaranteed us a private parking area, car wash station, event space for welcome parties, tech session, and of course a great spot for our awards banquet at the end of the event.

The region is full of prime driving roads, wineries, and is home to Frank Lloyd Wrights masterpiece, "Fallingwater", as well as his other works "Kentucky Knobb" and "The Duncan House". The Laurel Highlands is also home to a lot of American History: Fort Ligonier, Fort Necessity, and the Flight 93 Memorial.

We will release further details about reservations and opening up the room blocks as we get closer to the event. Please stay tuned for details and further announcements.

We look forward to seeing you all next September!

-The East Coast 912 Rendezvous Committee.

    Hi John,

Registration will open up in a few weeks. we are following the model the west coast rendezvous has followed; open up the room block, and then open up registration a bit later. We are sharing the same registration site as the west coast event, and registration will open in a few months. we are finalizing budgets, events, goodies etc, that will be included in registration costs, as well as looking for sponsors to offset costs (and lower registration fees). Our goal is to give everyone the most value for their buck, and to make this the most fun anyone has had at a 912 event, East or West.

Registration is now open! Sign up for the East Coast 912 Rendezvous today! Registration is a requirement to attend and all fees will offset costs of the event (welcome party, car show trophies, events, goodies, tech session etc). If you have booked your hotel, do not forget to register. If you haven't booked your hotel, do it before rooms sell out!

All attendees will receive fleece jackets, event window decals, rallye plates, goodie bags and a chance to win some great prizes that will be raffled off at the banquet (in case you didn't hear it, one prize will be a restoration of your brake calipers by PMB!). Everyone will also have goodie bags full of car care products, samples, key fobs, and other assorted goodies.

We will also have events such as car show, parties, banquets, tech sessions, and driving tours hand crafted and custom designed by world famous Porsche driving tour architect Fritz von Gehschneller. This is shaping up to be the event of the year and you don't want to miss it!

Please note registration ends August 15, 2015 so that we can order all of the event gear on time.

The registration site is below and contains all info on our event, schedule as well as hotel information.

Hey guys, if you have booked your hotel do not forget to go to the registration site listed in the previous post to register for the event. Fees cover costs of events and associated expenses, as well as for fleece jackets, window stickers and rallye plate decals.

if you have not booked your hotel or registered, please do so quickly. Registration for the event and the hotel room block both close August 10.

We are just two months away! Who's ready to hit the back roads of Pennsylvania?

Don't forget to register for the event too. booking your hotel does not register you for the event. registration fees cover event costs. The August 10 deadline for registration is coming up VERY quickly.
