RS type seat ID steel frame

I have a steel frame seat without a name. Black vinyl and corduroy. Almost looks like Cobra. I searched the web, but couldn't find it. It has the markings where a small plaque was on the back, but it's been removed. The headrest has Velcro between the stanchions. The mounting points are inboard at 20cm x 29cm. It doesn't appear to be vintage. Thanks for any help.
