    Small Hose Clamp p/n 999-512-145-02

I am looking for a NLA small hose clamp, 999-512-145-02. I'm wondering if it might have been used on a VW or something and I might be able to find it that way.

It is maybe 1/2" in diameter, and a spring ring type.

    Thanks!

it actually holds together the pieces of the plastic fresh/heated air plenums on each side by clamping the several nubbins on each peice together - I guess they figured hose clamps were common, so used them

It is a spring ring type and is maybe available from Ace hardware, Metric-Multi- Standard, or McMaaster-Carr.

yes, the ones in the top photo - next to the nice Golden

No auto parts house in the entire city - or within 50 miles - has them. Also tried a small engine repair place - no dice.

How many do you need? I may be able to find some crappy valves that I wouldn't mind robbing the clips from. You can't have my Yellow Labrador, though.

    Regards

That would be wonderful. I'll pm you. Sorry for mistaking him for a Golden - fur is longish for a Lab.
