Unknown engine part from 1972 911T - oil pipe and valve

I'm building a 1972 911T engine and came across this part in the box that I don't recognize. Can anyone tell me what and where it should go?

Drain tube for the aircleaner box. Mounts to front of engine (flywheel end), right side, next to where the wiring harness goes through the engine tin. Should have a rubber nipple on the end.

    Lightbulb

It's the air cleaner drain pipe that goes on the back of your engine..... it should also have a slotted rubber 'bleeder nipple' at the bottom.......

    Hope this helps

Fantastic, thanks for the quick info. No rubber part to go with it, so I guess (yet) another trip to online parts mecca...

Interestingly, PET says it has a VW part number: 253 260 180 and only places in the UK seem to be selling it.

I'm not sure what the difference is, but I think I used this VW part number: 311-115-531

I couldn't find that 311 part anywhere, so I ordered a handful of these from the UK to leverage the shipping cost over 3 instead of 1.

If anyone needs the rubber oil valve, please send me a PM

Looks like I mis-typed the number, should be 311-115-541

Goes behind the right (4-5-6) side heater hose, without it there is a big hole looking at the top of #4 cylinder.
