    WTB: Blaupunkt Bamberg USA version

    Howdy Folks,

I would like to purchase a Blaupunkt Bamberg, the USA version that goes to 108 Fm.

This is for a 1977 Turbo Carrera.

Probably the worst, most unreliable, expensive, POS ever made by Blaupunkt. Good luck finding one in one piece let alone one that actually works.

    Regards

    Jim
I've sent many of those to the dumpster back in the day.

    Jim,

These are selling for $700-1000, you might want a few of these back

    Jim,

You crack me up... too funny!

And yes, this is definitely a style over substance project!

I'm pretty sure that these piices belong with a Bamberg. PM an address and I send them to you.

    Michael,

Your bottom picture shows the Porsche "Dictaphone" that fits in the console. I actually just got one of these in with a 911. No radio but the microphone is quite cool!

Canepa has a heck of a nice 77 for sale but it has a '78 CR radio and deleted microphone unit. Even the CR radio for '78/'79 cars is very hard to find. Uninteresting fact: The consoles in G bodies right up to the end were punched out at the top for the Bamberg pre set bracket and cable.
