    how to separate front sway bar bushing from 3 hole tri plate?

    Can anyone explain me how to get the sway bar square out of the bushing in the 3 hole plate? and how i will get the new bushing over the square again when the whole set have been refurbished?

    It just pulls off. The rubber has just gone hard, I had to get I drill and Swiss cheese mine to get them to collapse enough to pull off.

    The replacement rubber bush has a slit in it, so it just slides over. You'll probably have to use longer bolts to get it started compressing the rubber, then just replace with the correct size.
