This is a 1971 Porsche 911T engine and transmission. This engine and transmission were removed from the car, sometime in the 1980's, for the car to be painted. The engine and transmission has been sitting out of the car ever since. The whereabouts of the car is unknown to me. The engine code is 911/07 and the engine serial number is 6114507. This is a 125 horsepower version of the 2.2 liter (134.2 c.i.) engine. This engine has not been rebuilt. The engine has 85,000 miles on it. The engine has had a valve job and has had upgraded timing chain tensioners installed. The engine comes with the two original Zenith carburetors, one extra Zenith carburetor, and two Weber carburetors and intakes. The Weber carburetors were purchased new and only on the engine for approximately 5,000 miles. The transmission code is 911/01 and the transmission serial number is 7111791. This is a 5 speed transmission. The gear ratios are 11:34, 18:32, 23:28, 27:25, 29:22. The final drive ratio is 7:31. The engine and transmission are both original 1971 pieces. The engine turns fine. I have not ran the engine. The pictures are exactly how I acquired these pieces, they are what you see. There are no exhaust manifolds and no air cleaner. I can palletize and ship these pieces. Please contact me for more information. Text or phone 440-812-5444. No emails. Thanks, Steve.
