    Activate the horn with Hockey puck/Batwing

    I would like to have a hockey puck on my 380mm double wrap, but how does it activate the horn? as it can not be pressed down as my current batwingP

    Ummm, it should work as both have the very same mechanical mechanism to the best of my knowledge. You should have the same horn contact ring, horn contact button and the rubber isolator. I would pull the hockey puck to see what the problem is.

    I had that issue too on my 68 912... My hockey puck was missing a spring and horn contact (SMC has a cheap kit for repairing this, cup, spring, contact). Without that stuff it felt glued to the hub, like you could not press it down. But once I added both missing bits (esp the spring), it does work by just pushing on it - I can now hear the horn relay click. Just gotta finish troubleshooting between that relay and the horn(s?) now and I'll have it fixed ! Pull it and look (quarter turn left if I recall)
