    Got this bracket with some parts I bought. Seller said it was for an early 911. Does this look like a Porsche part? A/C related? or?

    Yes, it is the A/C compressor stabilizer bracket for a Koolaire/ VPC system. It went from the top of the compressor to two extra long studs on the intake valve cover.

    Ya'll are funny! I posted the same question over at Pelican months ago and they are still scratching their heads! Thanks for the ID! No just gotta figure out what to do with it....

    It would be impossible for me to forget that part,,,,,I've had those fool things off and back on thousands (?) of times,,,,,every valve adjustment.
