original 1965 safety belts: what do they look like

One of my cars came with the original 'oval shaped' mounting hooks for safety belts, but without the belts. What do 1965 belts look like?

This are early system I have found in my archive.

I beleive several brands co-existed and US and RoW belts could differ. None of these system were mandatory until the seventies.
1966/67 Accessories. You could order both lap and diagonal belts.

will do a close up shot of above accessory folder I have.

As told, several brands co-existed and their design could vary.
