Jim
Too many Porsches and one VW are starting to fill up my desert landscape.

It is from a 912, not a 911. It should be in the "other" for sale section. I am sure this was a honest mistake..........
Jim - What are the telltale signs?

Jim B. Please educate us to the differences in the 912 and 911 deck lids... Thanks. Tate

Let me be the first one to say... The "other sale section" is not followed as much as the main for sale section. I have bought MANY parts from Jim R and he is an asset to the forum sales section. If a part like this is used for both 911 and 912 versions..... I see no reason to move this listing to " other". Also...Listing should not be moved just because ONE member "thinks" the parts is for a different car. Rant is now over. Good luck with the sale Jim R.. I might need it for my 1965 911. T

Jim for our knowledge (category aside) is the only difference the "912" badge? Would this be proper (fit, finish, and details) for a 911 restoration?
Porsche taste on a Volkswagen budget...
Jim B... You are cracking me up. I have been told that you are in the porsche salvage/used parts business. I have never bought any parts from you.... Are you telling me that you would appreciate a "customer" coming in your operation and making the same claims that you are now..... Very trivial.
