FS: Carrera RS book English - beautiful condition. $1400+SH

It was expensive and limited when first printed. There is nothing to compare to it. Every other book has major issues with accuracy or simply lacking extensive detailed information. This is a beautiful book with page after page of lush details and tons of interesting photos. [This was from my review of this quite some time ago. I found it when someone used it in their for sale ad not too long ago. :->]

    Condition- VERY good. See images.

Only things I can think someone might find issue with is my ex libis stamp as well as my underling chassis numbers of my 2 ex-RS cars. [See images] This may be regarded as flaws or as a nice aspect of this particular volume. This book was ordered as #1029 to coordinate with my first RS. If a buyer dislikes the ex libis stamp it could be eliminated with a dry mount press or similar. There is a small smudge mark on the back side of the slip cover [see Napa Quake comments]. Otherwise it is close to flawless. The only nicer examples I have seen were brand new. I can take additional images to clarify any questions. Please note there is a color shift in some images but the cover is the correct green.

I am including a nice bonus: The original mailings and literature from MOTORCRON when these were first released. These are rarely offered and have value on their own.

I expect to be selling other volumes soon. Most of my cars were damaged [minor but frustrating] in the Napa Quake last summer, along with a great deal of my extensive automotive library when most of the bookcases were destroyed. How this volume escaped damage was beyond me. It was at the bottom of a 4' pile of books and debris [note "smuge"]. This served to remind me that it is time for me to accept that I will not live forever and .. sell. sell.. sell. I priced this at what I believe to be nicely under current market. If no takers reasonably soon, I will move on to evilBay. BTW, I would prefer to sell most of my things here but unlike this volume, I do not know the market $$ for many things.
