FS: 1968 912 California Driver Soft Window Targa

Older restoration of matching numbers solid rust free driver 1968 Porsche 912 Soft Window Targa. VIN is 12870475 and engine is 1282153. Has 5 speed, 5 chrome wheels all dated 11/67, jack, owner's manual, boot for back window and rear seat delete. No tool kit. One repaint in original Burgundy Red color. Paint code is 97-6808-L. Very presentable from 10 feet. Up close, usual minor glitches for an older paint job. Car last registered here in California in 2006 and recently pulled out of dry storage with intent of making it a good driver again. New battery was installed, fuel tank drained and flushed, Solex carbs rebuilt, fuel pump rebuilt, starter replaced, brakes completely gone through, new hoses, master cylinder, pads and calipers rebuilt, shifter rebuilt. Runs and drives well with excellent compression, shifts good. Gauges, lights wipers and radio work. Oil and filter changed, strainer screen and filter can cleaned, SWEPCO 20/50 put back in. Valves adjusted. Car is turn key ready for some top down driving fun! $52.5K OBO If any serious interest, please email me at kwiky59gt@yahoo.com for more info and complete set of pix.
