I can't say for sure whether that connector's original to the car or was installed along with the world's oldest surviving Permatune.

My '66 with original Kettering ignition also has that connector, though the markings are hard to see in this picture...

9th from the top. Mine has this as well. Original to the car. This is a good place to find off-beat electrical connectors.

    Bakelite Power Block

Who might have these? It's a hair fragile at this juncture in life.

    Thanks.

Two pole block: Mercedes Benz part number 000 546 1841. Identical, but hold your breath on the price.

Thanks, Jim. Found it. I have paid more and gotten less.

    Best regards,

I'm not sure how much this helps, but PET says it's

    E 901.612.892.00 CABLE TERMINAL 2-POLE 65-68 2 per car

The "E" means no longer available. A quick Google search shows that other people are looking for them, or maybe you're looking for them on other forums.

You might try some of the major used parts places like EASY or Unobtanium.

I found some and will report back when they arrive. Not cheap as stated in Jim Morris' post.

    Thanks!

Great find! A lot of these look like mine shown below due to the use of the wrong ring terminal on wiring harness. The right terminal has a small eye relative to the wire size.
Tom, If you end up with one you can spare let me know.
    Thanks,
    Ken
