WTB: Mounting Strap for fuel expansion tank

Hi all. I am in need of the metal Retaining strap for the plastic fuel expansion/venting tank that sits in the driver side front fender behind th headlight. I would be interested in just the strap or the whole tank with strap if possible too. Either way is fine for me. Here's a diagram showing the part I need (numbers 3 and 4). Can anyone help me, please?

    Thanks!
