67S Mirror is a one year only mirror that has a chrome stalk with a black plastic head. The 68 911 mirror is also a one year only mirror that has a matte silver stalk and a black plastic head. Still looking. Thanks guys.

okay, i'll check to see whether i have any of the '68 mirrors in my storage. at one point, i had an extra '68.

thanks for the information. i'll begin a tech thread to ask whether the plastic heads for these are the same.

They are not. There was a thread posted here not long ago with excellent pictures comparing 67 and 68 plastic heads. Will try to search for it.

    Interior mirrors

I have a 68 that is as nice as you will probably ever find. I also have a 67 that is still in the car but It is dark where the car is and can't get a good photo, will need to remove and check if you are still looking for one. Thanks, Steve
