NEW Porsche Orange Bar hood badges

This has probably been kicked around before. Trying to gauge the fit and finish of the new orange bar hood badges Porsche currently sells for the early longhoods.? I understand they are not accurate in exact detail to the originals, but don't want to spend $800 or so for a decent original. Do they fit ok.? Hold up ok.? Any help appreciated

They fit very well, and are a great option as you said compared to an original.

They fit fine. But I think the consensus is that they look, ahem, well, not great. The certainly don't look original at all.

they are very bling-y compared to the 60's version, it can be de-bling-ed, if that's your thing.

I am restoring a 71 T Targa driver that is basically gonna be an east end of Long Island winery mobile. While I am doing a detailed full resto, the car will be driven a lot, I've done enough complete frame offs that I regret now, because I love to drive them. Not fretting over an orig Orange badge is part of the pkg now. Does anybody restore originals.?
