    Drop Forged Steel "Machined" Wrenches

    These are the wrong pictures of "machined" DFS wrenches. The below pictures are of cast wrenches. I inadvertently posted the wrong pictures. The wrenches for sale are, indeed, machined wrenches. Sorry.


    These Drop Forged Steel wrenches came from an early 912. They are in the small font script and the type with the machined ends as opposed to the cast type. Price is $30 each or $110 for the set. FREE shipping within the CONUS.

    Just curious, why didn't Porsche's early wrenches have W. Germany Stamped in them like the same year Heyco BMW wrenches? Seems odd.

    the european sets have ... they are stamped 'special selected steel ' west-Germany
    the USA have ' drop forged steel ' Germany

    why ... i don't know

    Yeah I always thought that was strange. Hey I have an uncle and cousin in Arnhem. Jaap Nieuwenhuis and Rob Nieuwenhuis respectively. Small world. Rob is a big car guy. Never know .....ring a bell? Go Dutch!
