    Solex system unknown part

    Hi


    Have this Uknown for me part that came with my car solex (top one on the picture) , is it from the car or just got mixed in. Thanks for your help.

    I can't find anything like it in my 911's engine bay. I assume you're referring to this:

    The ball part has been used from 356s to Boxsters, but I've never seen one of those balls stuck into a cylinder. How is the ball retained in the cylinder?

    Not a 911 Solex item. Perhaps used elsewhere in the car (doubtful) but not part of the Solex carburetor installation including linkage.

    Thanks Guys, Jim the ball is stuck into the cylinder and has 360movement.
    The other correct manifold parts are spare and I will be glad to trade them for other missing parts that I need.
