Nadella to Lobro conversion A to Z

I want to drive my 911 more often and longer distances this spring and summer but am concerned about a possible unexpected self destruction of my Nadella axles. They appear in fine shape but still.....

I looked through our site for a step by step guide but could not find one, so I could use some help from our resident experts here. I am a decent wrench and have access to even better help but will need a complete parts list and step by step instructions. Transmission is a 902 5-speed circa 3rd quarter 1965.

Anyone here want to lend me a virtual hand?
    Thanks in advance!

Here are the major pieces. You will need the special bolt, washer, grease cap and retaining clip, as well. I can do a complete axle changeover in less than an hour, but I have had a bit of practice.

Jim, the expansion bolts and washers are the same, he can re-use what he has for a Löbro conversion.

Of course, you are correct. I don't know what I was thinking. One would only need the grease cap and retainer. Someone on this forum makes an improved version over the original Porsche part. The conversion axle flanges (like the one in my picture) were used for just one year (1967). Nothing else will work.

    Hi Jim
Can you post a better picture of the conversion axle flange for reference?

Thanks Jim and Jon! Could you further describe the one-year-only parts and what makes them unique? I will need to start my search for these parts and would like to verify I am getting the correct ones.

Or does EASY have a serviceable set of these parts available?

    Thanks

The correct flange is among these flanges.
    Which one is it?
It should be pretty easy considering that I have already posted a pic of the one and only flange that will fit.

    Regards

    Jim

Should I really post detailed pictures and educate all of the amateur entrepreneurs?
Yes, EASY has all the parts
