1970 Color #6828 Lime green gold limited edition

Recently acquired 70 Targa E. has paint code 6828. From researching various internet examples, I believe some are not listed correctly.I also found no sample from Dupont charts or formulas.PPG however has waterbourne base with clearcoat ,and when sprayed to sample card bulls eyes 74 -77 Glasurit card. Bright lime leaning towards Lambo ? Anyone ever have 911 with this original color duplicated? This merits documentation since some paint distributors don't recognize it.Is listed as a (revived) color for 74/76-77.Thanks

Dr Brett has 6828 listed as Golden green for 1968-1969.
It should be similar to the picture.
Lime green from 1974-5 is not this colour - its much brighter.

If you have a golden green 1970 911 E, you are indeed fortunate!

I have a Golden Green 68 SWT 912 that the previous owner spent a great deal of time researching to match before he had it painted. I have a can of left-over paint with the codes on it, but recall someone else recently asking the same question. If you can't find the info on a search let me know and I'll see if I can dig up the can/codes.

I suggest you get in touch with Henk at Carparc. He is in the final stages of restoring this '69S Golden Green beauty and can probably help you with the paint codes.

Could your color be the "Anniversary Edition" color?
The car came with gold cookie-cutters and pepita type upholstery?
    It was a pale gold/green?
