Thank you. Hoping to find a US buyer; hence the listing here first. But alas, I also had to do Pelican this past weekend. Not sure what to do with it afterwards - not crazy about Ebay.

I think this car has great potential and if I was you I would address a few minor things to get this presented in the best light for a six figure car - well worth the minor investment - good luck with the sale

Would be interested in knowing what items you think I need to address - would be helpful to have your opinion. With ALL the mechanical stuff done, AC done, and interior looking very good, I wasn't sure what else to do prior to sale. I wasn't going to address the body issues - too large of a nut.

    Honest advice always welcomed.

Brian - with the rust issues it might be a matter of price and not addressing anything - however if you want some suggestions aside from body work here goes IMO - will help bring it up to a six figure car - take them for what they are worth - in no particular order

refinish the fuchs with correct caps
vintage profile tires - Michelin Dunlop etc.
    correct muffler
    get rid of window tint
    source correct under bumper fogs
    correct 5spd shift knob
    correct Frankfurt radio
    caps for door switch
    address wiring in trunk
lose the rear backup lights and replace Amco bar bumpers with factory
    2.2 rear window sticker
    door jam vin sticker
    shell oil sticker for airbox
    welmeister sticker for front window
    coil sticker
    detail the car
    better pictures

Thanks for the input. To me, the car was very original when I got it and I love original. Mechanical items always get a pass because very few things can be originally mechanical and still function properly. I agree with you on some things on your list, but I would hate to ruin the car's originality while completing the other items. All the lights, bars, Fuchs, etc. were all done that way in 1969 - it's now part of the car's personality. Perhaps your right on a point that you didn't quite explicitly make - the top dollar value cars are restored, no-longer-original cars - which is a shame in my opinion. My S Targa is a great driver; I don't think I'd ever want to see it perfectly factory restored and know all that cool history was erased. I'm an odd-bird, I guess. For example, the Yacht Club stickers on the front window make me giddy - love them and they're not even mine.
