As an owner of a SWB, i can say that the inner fenders are notorious locations for rot. you don't want that, of course. as such, it would seem that the only source of the part you seem to be seeking would be a result of a crash on the passenger side, or rear, from a car in a rust-proof climate. a 'supply side' for that gets a bit thin, but i've seen people get lucky, so don't let me discourage your optimism.

i suspect that you have already checked, but if not, you might try Restoration Design (http://www.restoration-design.com/st...tegory/911-CHA). they have several reproductions of inner fender sections, and maybe you'll get lucky that they repop what you need.
