FS: Restored Set of Bosch H1 Headlights

    ** SOLD **

This interesting set is a blend of original and restored and is finished to a high standard. The chrome trim rings are originals in near NOS condition and have not been touched - the adjustment screws were not even removed. They have 4W city lights mounted at 3:00 which is the way I received them.

Here is the complete list of parts and work done:

    • Reflectors – stripped, copper plated, nickel plated, polished, followed by vapor deposited aluminum plating and a protective silica layer – Why aluminum?
    • Housings – media blasted, painted with high temperature paint
    • Lenses – new with correct Bosch lettering (inside of lens)
    • Lens Gaskets – new
    • Chrome Trim Rings – originals in perfect condition
    • Adjustment Screws – originals never removed
    • Fender Mounting Screws – new chrome plated brass
    • Fender Mounting Gaskets – new
    • Adjustment Instruction Labels – exact reproductions
    • Bulbs – new, 55w/100w
    • Bench Tested

My standard price for fully restored sets is typically $1,800.00. I'm offering these for $1,680.00 (plus shipping) because I did not incur the expense of replating the trim rings. As always, I highly recommend the installation of a relay kit for an additional cost of $32.00.

    Thanks,
    John
