Thread: Solexes in a row

    Solexes in a row

    Three sets of Solexes, all in a row;
    Three sets of Solexes, all ready to go.
    Back to their owners, kept waiting so long;
    To hear them sing, their sweet Solex song.

    Paul's work is impeccable. +1

    I'm still reminded that Solexes were generally despised "back in the day" and any 911 other than a '65 was desirable.

    Ain't life strange?

    PS: If you owned your car in the 60's you may have gotten to meet Wolfgang Rietzl. He was the factory technician charged with making them (Solexes) run correctly. He eventually became a successful dealer and much admired man.

    Keeping your 'set touching' private and your gratitude public is always a good policy.
