    1970 2.2L 911S engine

This is a core 1970 911S engine. Serial# 6301330 911/02. Turns over fine with compression, #5 cylinder is missing the intake valve keeper for some reason but I seen no engine failure. No case damage. Carb heads with 36mm intake ports.

    $10,000

I will strap to a pallet and drop off to Forward Air hub. Buyer pays shipping. Or drop off at Supertec no prob.

Shouldn't those be MFI heads? Think that is what you have, as the ports should be 36 I and 35 E Thanks.

Yes I noted they are carbureted heads so no injector holes. The holes could be machined in or heads swapped. Intake ports are 36mm, most likely 2.2T heads with larger intake ports. Turns over fine and has mahle birel cylinders. Engine number is the real deal and absolutely no funny stuff on the case. It's something that should be gone through before it is run.

Do we know what crankshaft it has. What is the casting number on the heads, I've a list (maybe you do too) and we can make and educated guess on the valve size. Maybe they are '67 S heads? Thanks.

We do not know what crankshaft it has - have some faith, heads are all dated middle of 71 - these would be 2.2T with larger intake ports, the cylinders are 84mm - I bet they are 2.2S, there is always a list, 911/02 type number

I would tear it down and build it the way I wanted but I have too many of these 2.2S engines already in line and I thought I would share this one with the world. Based on S case prices and all the other parts this is reasonable pricing. Complete induction systems can be had from more than one member of this board, the rest of the parts are easy. Someday I will say WHY WHY did I sell this but right now it is for sale.
