    Looks like regular US buckets with ROW 73 lenses to me. I don't see the running light block off plate. To be sure, you need to remove the lense. The same housing was used for both with the difference being the staking of the ROW block off plate (which added a small plastic reflector 73 only) in place and running the additional power wire inside the bucket for the running light bulb.

    also have others that survived th e fire I hadn't found yet
    Those all yellow with silver is up to 72?

    Yep, US signals 69-73 were all amber in the front. 73 they went to the black trim. As I suspected the signal buckets are not ROW. The markings on the US lenses 69-71 have a date of 68 on them and then I believe for 72 the silver rimmed came with an additional DOT 72 date. So, you might be able to date your lenses. For sure the black rimmed I believe had the DOT 72 dates.
