FS: Porsche 3" Front Caliper Adapters For Big Brakes

This ad is for a set of front caliper adapters for someone who wants to big red brake calipers for the front of an early Porsche 911. The fellow I bought the adapters from had 993tt front calipers mounted on KONI sport struts with 16" Fuchs alloys. The 322 x 32mm 993tt rotors and flat rotor hats were made and sold I think by Steve Reiner. The 322mm rotors were cut down to 304mm so as to make them work inside the rims. It is my understanding from the seller he later used full size 322 x 32mm rotors and hats with 17" rims where the caliper clearances was no longer a problem on his 1974 Porsche 911 IROC clone.

I am no expert and would not be able to advise you on the pros and cons or the suitability of application. I bought them to use on the front of my 1974 Carrera clone with stock 3" Boge struts and Cayman S calipers. I decided to go a different route and as such I wish to sell these nicely made adapters to someone who can use them. In looking at the pictures closely of the installation it looks like the calipers may have a small spacer to help center them over the 993tt rotors. I would be happy to point you to the Pelican thread where I bought the adapters. The seller and others have some interesting discussions.

I am asking $250.00 for the caliper adapters plus $13.50 in postage and paypal fees.

Thanks in advance for your interest
