Thread: where does this red wire in the engine room go?

    where does this red wire in the engine room go?

    I have this red wire in my engine room in the right corner that have no owner?
    it comes out of the big wire assembly

    It is a 67 normal with no oil pressure gauge and oil level gauge


    anybody who know what it is?

    I don't think thats original, on the right side you only have the brown and green-white wire for the oil level sender.
    Does this wire come out of the same harness ?

    Looks like someone used a 914 mount plate.

    Ed, you're one amazing guy! You remind me of Gerry McCarthy of KAM Motor Sports. He was, like you, truly an expert in the 356's and the early 911/912's. Such an honor to have someone like you or him in our corner.
