FS: 1967 / 1968 Recaro Factory Sport Seat Pair

For sale is a great pair of 1968 sport seats. These are similar to the first 1967 sport seats just have headrests. These will fit directly into any 911/912 from 1965-1973. The seats are redone in full leather with perforated bolsters and basket weave centers. They have never been installed or even sat in since redone and smell like fine leather. Come with the correct sliders and angled down to the rear brackets (fixed not tilting though). Price reduced to $7k as shown and ready to bolt in. I am in SoCal and preference will be given to local buyers due to size and weight.

These seats came out of a 1965 911 where they had been for over 30 years so that the correct seats could be installed and then these were recovered. Recaro also sold this style seat (slider arm built in on right side) on the aftermarket (with Recaro logo in backrest) which had this peanut headrest even though it didn't show up in Porsche factory cars until 72. If the D headrest is essential for a potential buyer they can be sourced for reasonable money.

The seats are full leather (centers, bolsters, sides, backs, headrests) as some have asked.
