Nobody will look at it as critically as you.

Liability issues aside, why would anyone risk reputation for a few dollars when society is so litigious?

Could be the reason it's hard to find someone.

We do tons of PPI's. I could care less if it exposes us to blood sucking lawyers and trouble makers; that's exactly why I have a fairly hefty "legal expense" rider on our garage owner's policy. I will risk some false accusations to our reputation in exchange for providing arguably the most important service that we offer. I won't be held hostage by the culture. Never have, never will be. The only people who seem to complain about our inspections are dealers and shady sellers.
