Carrera RS book - second edition is finally ready!

I had the opportunity to see a final prototype of the new Carrera RS book by Konradsheim-Gruber, and got the permission to show around, in a sort of world "premiere", a few photos.

The original version of more than 20 years ago is still considered the definitive title on the Carrera RS, but it has evolved into a 400+ pages tome.
I was able to have a quick look at it, most of the material and photos seem new, and it covers new areas, like the 916 model. It will be available in German and English, like the first edition. Price will be around 400 Euro.

Mr. Konradsheim has told me that any 2.7 RS owner wishing to match car and book may contact him and he'll reserve the book number matching their car.

That is good news! I might be tempted to add the second edition to my signed no. 98!

Nice tease! Looks beautiful, but I wouldn't have expected anything less.

That double page showing [I believe] Gulf Blue with Red trim... not a Factory combination [or WAS it???? Always surprises about what was said vs what was done.] :->

Fantastic news! Can't wait to get my hands on #451.

Only wish I could pick it up in person. I have seen some of the new material (even help him obtain some of it) he has found and it won't disappoint anyone here.
