    RS/Momo

Patrick Long was at Rubys car show Redondo beach this weekend. He stopped by my car and looked it over, I told him about my 1973 911 T / SC and all the upgrades I've done in the last 18 years, I asked him If there's one thing you would do to this car what would it be. Without hesitation he said RS (350mm) steering wheel an explain why. So my question to you guys is, try to find a RS wheel or go with a Momo?

Do you want 350 mm then you have to go for an Aftermarket wheel as RS wheels are 380.

That Aase wheel has wrong stitching on the spokes, and the center hub looks like it has had a bolt/washer on it, from the surface corrosion.... NOS?

Ah so my stock wheel is 400 mm RS wheel 380 mm Momo 350 mm. more input force required but more direct as we go down in sizes. $3250.00 for the RS/RSR wheel makes it real easy to pick the mono , after all I only paid $11,000 for the car. Thanks for the info guy !

weil, you can have a exact replica RS wheel for about $800. That is a 914 wheel with the 805.10 part number and have it double wrapped. My guess is there are a couple already for sale on here. That 914 wheel and "double wrapped" is exactly the same as an original 803.10 RS wheel except for the part number and $2400 less.
An original MOMO from the same time period with a correct hub will set you back at least $1000 as well.

You will be every bit as satisfied as with an original, with one of these.
