    Clifton, AZ Hillclimb

not sure who knows about this. I may be posting something that is common knowledge. http://cliftonhillclimb.com/?page_id=99 Seems like an interesting event for our Porsches

    My Inspiration

    '86 44 Turbo, black/red,7's and 8's fuchs, autothority - sold (rocketship)
'97 Boxster, first delivered in DC Metro, silver/red -sold (huge mistake to buy this one)
'99 C2, silver/black, RoW M030, limited lip, short shift - sold (good ride, but...)

    '69 912, 3.2 with all the trimmings
    (finally got air cooled)

Looks like fun, I'll have to put it on the calendar. Only 3 1/2 hours from Phoenix.

That event has not been run in a long time. They can't even get the Bisbee Soap Box Derby approved to run again so I wouldn't hold my breath for a hill climb.

think i agree. A friend found reference to it on a ride she did recently. Jack at Stuttgart SW in Tempe thinks they cannot get insurance. Here is a dash cam from the day, though
