The Bendix pumps are now known as "Facet" pumps and are available in the US from a number of sources:

If you can afford to pay almost $ 9.00 you can buy Fuel Pump Gasket & Filter Kit - Universal Electric BK 6101086 at NAPA.

Unfortunately, you can only buy it together with a replacement filter, hence the whopping $ 8.99 price...

Thanks all, new gasket, exactly like original, new filter, fit perfectly, works and doesn't leak. Old parts vs new. Gordon

    Gordon,

If i'm not wrong the original filter is sinered brass. You can clean it and reuse it. I think it is more efficient than the plastic screen one.

BTW, where do these pretty argus fitting come from?

My big question is: how did you get the pump re-plated and shiny? does it have to be completely disassembled, and if so, how?
