WTB: Damaged Early 915 shift knob

I'm looking for a needle in a haystack: I need an early 915 style shift knob that is cracked or damaged but the insert is good. This is for a custom application. I have a near perfect one but can't bear to cut it up for the shift pattern insert, so maybe someone has one with some damage they'll be wiling to sell, and even perhaps buy my perfect one for their car? Please let me know what's out there. Yes I took this photo from a previous sale for reference reasons, but I can easily provide photos of my knob for trade / sale if someone wants to make a deal.
    Thanks Robert

If this is a for sale post for your perfect 915 knob, you need to post a price. Very creative post, no silent auctions.

Not sure what you are talking about but I'm looking for used part as my title clearly states.

I offered that I could work out a possible sale trade with the seller since I have a decent one I'm reluctant to cut up and hoped offering a nicer one in return might motivate someone to part with their damaged one.

If I wanted to sell mine I would have posted it for sale, so no its not a silent auction or creative post.......thanks for your concern however.

Your post sounds plenty clear to me. Sounds like your offering someone a shot a pretty rare knob. Good luck with finding what you need.
