    993 remote battery

    Hi All,

    Just took delivery of my 1995 Carrera 4 cab. Wonderful looking and driving car. The car has a complex central locking, imobilizer, alarm system and if remote key doesn't work you need to tow the car. I want to know which battery to buy for the remote key system? Is it a CR3205 or similar battery for wrist watches?

    Battery is a A23. Good idea to carry a spare! You can also manually enter the immobilizer code if you have the card in your owners manual.
