    Porsche Service Book: MY 64-67 / Porsche Maintenance Record: MY 68-73 ??

    Dont know if this has discussed before.

    While I was in contact with the owner of a 67S looking for a Maintenance Record for his car and later reading Christophorus from February 1968, I stumbled on the info that the introduction of the Maintenance Record (burgundy folder) is for Model Year 1968 and later.
    This type (source google, pictured is a 68). Model Year 68 until 1973:



    ModelYear 1964-67 therefore did not have such a item but rather the Service booklet with tear off coupons.
    This type (source: google, pictured is a 65)., Model Year 64 until 1967:

    I have a service booklet like the one you show... but in pretty scrappy condition!

    Thx. Its actually just an info, I own none of the discussed item and do not itend to do so.
    I did not know that only for 1968 and later the Maintenance Record booklet existed.
