70 2.2L Tuneup - What do you think?

Doing a much deserved tune up on my 70 911T. oil, plugs, valve adj, etc. The plugs on the right bank, cyl 4-5-6 are very black and sootie, the plugs on the left bank, 1-2-3 look pretty good. Should I just turn in the mixture screws on the right bank a half turn or so ?

I'd balance the carbs first. As all 3 on one side look the same, that could be your problem.

I've found Paul Abbott's carb tuning and maintenance primer invaluable in getting my car running right. Be sure to also check the resistance in your plug wires with a multimeter. Bad wires were the culprit in my case. Seems 40-year-old plug wires do go bad, eventually.
