Rennsport Australia is on again - April 29 2016

To be held again in my old hometown of Sydney - with Sydney Motorsport Park being the main venue

I'll definitely be entering - I had a ball the last time.

    All,

I am organising a small display of targas on the Saturday am in the Show and Shine area.
3 Carrera Targas were AUS ordered for tourist delivery in 1975 and they will all be present over the weekend.
They come from Sydney, the Sunshine coast and Melbourne.
Please loudly admire these cars especially the Sahara Beige one which I owned for 13 years.
I am writing an article with a view to inclusion in the local edition of Christophorus.

    Cheers,
    Dennis.
1970 914-6 - materialised from the 'Lotto' garage into reality
    1971 2.2 911 S - now back in the UK - sob!
1975 Carrera Targa (ROW) - missed.
One of us is fast becoming a valuable antique.

Cheers and luck with your display,

All clean and ready for the trip to Rennsport via the snowy mountains highway (possibly the best driving road in Australia). May as well take the photos now as it is unlikely to be as clean after the 1100 kms trip up there 005.jpgScreenShot110.jpg

the map is the almost 200kms part across the Snowy mountains although the map does not do the road justice
