    Ballast Resistor 65-6? and Hella 128 Fog Lights/Parts

    Hella 128 Fog Lights. Will consider anything from restoration candidates to NOS including parts.
    Resistor as below. Got the resistor thanks Peter - Still looking for lights.

    Might as well share my confusion and maybe someone can clarify. One thing I know for sure is that there are many slight variations in the 128's depending upon date & time of manufacture and end use. maybe 5 variations of lenses alone and that's not counting the two colors.

    Anyway one of the nagging questions is the triangle drain hole. These lights were made for many different applications either above or below the bumper. Above the bumper mounting needs the drain hole by the mounting stud as per UAI's posting. I saw once with the drain on the opposite side to the mount. I'll assume that this is what 911's & 356's had - cant imagine any German engineer putting drain holes at the top. If anyone knows the answer I'd love to know. In the meantime I'm resisting the option with drain by the mount.
