If you don't mind my question, what is the difference between targa and coupe door tops?

thank you for whatever education you can provide.

To help you clarify if you have the correct tops for your car, here is a photo showing the differences between the targa door top and the coupe door top. The door top on the left, with the extra cutout is the targa version, the door top on the right is the coupe version. Both of these tops are the molded version for '72 and '73 so it also shows the grain as compared to the vinyl covered tops up through '71.
